- Airport venues: $2,500 franchise fee; 4% royalty
- Traditional venues: Malls and strip centers, $25,000 franchise fee; Mini kiosk,
$10,000 franchise fee; 6% royalty and 2% advertising
- Non-traditional venues: Schools, hospitals, fitness centers and military bases,
$5,000 franchise fee; 6% royalty
BUILD-OUT COSTS
- Kiosk: $50,000 (reduced menu selections) to $150,000 (full menu selections)
- In-lines: $125,000 to $225,000 (build-out, back room and storage – cold and dry)
- Strip malls: $150,000 to $300,000*
*Includes equipment, millwork, lighting fixtures, signage, graphics and menu boards, design
fees, licenses, construction, utility extensions, installing lighting, flooring and painting.
Cost varies depending on venue size and scope of work.

- One week of manager training and related travel and lodging expenses are required
